Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure properties are ready for guest move-ins
• Handle maintenance, repairs, furniture assembly, and WiFi troubleshooting
• Conduct pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using mobile checklists
• Supervise housekeeping teams and manage the apartment turnover process
• Perform housekeeping duties and evaluate cleaning standards
• Maintain and drive corporate vans and manage inventory
• Gather and upload property information to internal platforms
• Act as the main operational contact between Operations Leaders and Customer Experience teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of supervisor or managerial experience
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and minor household repairs
• Capability to routinely lift items over 30 lbs for 8 hours
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Access to a reliable vehicle with mileage reimbursement
• Proficiency with technology including email, Slack, and G Suite
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
