Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead Property Turnovers by overseeing apartment preparation, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
• Own Onsite Readiness including furniture assembly, WiFi troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Manage field coordination with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel
• Perform Quality Control through thorough property inspections using mobile checklists
• Provide hands-on support for urgent needs such as appliance fixes or guest lockouts
• Drive efficiency by managing corporate vans and inventory stock

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in field ops, facilities, hospitality, or housekeeping
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
• Physical capability to lift 30lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and mobile applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
