Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational health of a specific product line (Remittance, Banking, or Wealth)
• Define product-surface defects, build tracking dashboards, and drive metric improvements
• Manage partner performance by running weekly operating cadences and influencing SLAs, costs, and service quality
• Design SOPs and operating models for partners, internal teams, compliance, and finance
• Ship production automation workflows (LLM orchestration, SQL-triggered alerts, internal tools) to reduce manual operational load
• Use SQL to inspect transaction-level data and stand up dashboards in tools like Metabase, Hex, or Sigma

Requirements

• Experience owning and driving operational metrics rather than just supporting them
• Experience working with external fintech or banking partners (banks, infrastructure providers, custodians, or brokers)
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to be self-sufficient with data
• Proven experience shipping production automation workflows that internal teams or users depend on
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orchestration tools like n8n or Zapier
• Background in highly regulated financial environments
