Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation and line haul activities, including tracking and optimizing truck schedules and routing plans.
• Respond promptly to carrier inquiries and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless network performance.
• Maintain data accuracy and completeness within load planning systems.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners, sort center operations, and trucking providers to support load planning and dispatch execution.
• Identify, escalate, and track transportation delays or exceptions.
• Assist in root cause analysis for carrier operational challenges and monitor delivery performance metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret transportation data and generate simple reports.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
