About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
- Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
- Manage execution of shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment
- Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
- Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
- Partner with management to oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
- Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and talent development
- Provide constant feedback to drive individual growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and peak holiday periods
- High energy and self-motivated attitude
