Operations Lead

AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents. We've built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team comes from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, Perplexity, and the Thiel Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Insource and own core operations including vendors, contractors, legal, and HR
• Centralize spend and financial controls to create visibility into company expenditure
• Support recruiting and people operations to help the team hire and onboard effectively
• Run strategic finance and reporting, including board reporting and financial planning
• Drive organizational efficiency by designing systems to solve unstructured problems

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or operating roles
• Experience owning operations at a high-growth startup is preferred
• Analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to reason from first principles and move from blank pages to concrete plans
• Strong communication skills and ability to move with urgency
