Operations Intern, Villas

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, uploading, and managing luxury villa inventory and listings
• Maintain accurate villa content including descriptions, amenities, images, rates, and destination details
• Support portfolio operations, inventory management, and demand-planning initiatives
• Conduct website audits and quality assurance checks to resolve content discrepancies
• Organize supplier information, documentation, and digital assets
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, email communication, and team collaboration
• Assist with reporting, research, and special projects to support business growth

Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online content management systems
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is an asset
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative independently
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced luxury travel environment
• Interest in travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or digital content management is an asset
