Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Assist the Operations team with organizing, cleaning, and structuring data sets
• Support routine administrative and operational tasks
• Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to gather and verify information
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data-handling standards

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate
• Interest in business, operations, finance, or analytics
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Curiosity regarding testing AI in a business setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized
