About the role
Responsibilities
- Support boutique and point-of-sale replenishment activities to ensure product availability
- Coordinate with supply planning teams to monitor stock levels and follow up on product orders
- Assist in managing backorders, allocations, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups
- Support inventory monitoring and help identify stock shortages or operational risks
- Assist with product returns, credit note processing, and stock adjustments
- Support novelty launches by coordinating product transfers and deliveries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning, Finance, Quality, IT, and Commercial teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
