About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support boutique and point-of-sale replenishment activities to ensure product availability
  • Coordinate with supply planning teams to monitor stock levels and follow up on product orders
  • Assist in managing backorders, allocations, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups
  • Support inventory monitoring and help identify stock shortages or operational risks
  • Assist with product returns, credit note processing, and stock adjustments
  • Support novelty launches by coordinating product transfers and deliveries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning, Finance, Quality, IT, and Commercial teams

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
