Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Handle Sample Control Team tasks including order creation, sample photography, sample login, AIMS operation, warehouse management, filing, and sample scrapping
• Manage Report Team tasks such as creating report templates, adding sample photos, combining data for auditors, and sending reports and invoices via AIMS
• Maintain records for daily report issuance status
• Complete other tasks assigned by managers or leaders in a timely manner

Requirements

• College degree or above in any discipline
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Strong communication and language competence
• Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
