Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Handle Sample Control Team tasks including order creation, sample photography, login, AIMS operation, warehousing, filing, and sample scrapping
• Manage Report Team tasks such as creating report templates, adding sample photos, and combining data for auditors
• Send reports and invoices via AIMS and maintain daily report issuance records
• Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely manner

Requirements

• College degree or above in any discipline (chemical background preferred)
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Strong communication and language competence
• Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
