Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO and Operations team to manage daily tasks and support current projects
• Communicate with clients and manage schedules
• Organize files, prepare documentation, and create presentations, charts, and diagrams
• Support office management including ordering supplies and inventory
• Set up meetings, take minutes, and organize notes
• Assist in developing and implementing systems to improve office efficiency

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Available to work 40 hours per week during Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and/or Summer 2026
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Semiconductor and Electrical Engineering fields
• Knowledge and passion for startups
• Proficiency with office productivity software
• Experience using software to access project data and track budget information
