Operations Intelligence Integrator

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Army intelligence and targeting systems using the Palantir platform
• Provide desk-side and classroom training to analysts and operators
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows and identify use case gaps
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with developing analytical questions
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and troubleshooting technical issues
• Collaborate with Palantir engineering teams to provide detailed product feedback
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites to ensure continued success

Requirements

• Hands-on and relevant experience with Palantir products
• 4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a defense or military environment
• Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems
• Strong technical proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
