Operations HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for a dedicated operations business group of 180 employees
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent and performance management, labor relations, and compensation & benefits
• Lead, drive, and own Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives
• Design, implement, and execute a structured training plan for the entire site
• Coach and support leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization
• Collaborate closely with payroll colleagues and build trust-based relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Academic degree in People Management, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Expertise in Talent Management and Learning & Development
• Proficiency in managing the full employee lifecycle at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
• Experience managing complexity and organizational change
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS systems
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
