Operations Growth & Performance (G&P) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform Talent Management and Learning & Development (G&P) processes and support the development of new frameworks.
• Coordinate yearly performance cycles across a wide scope, ensuring design consistency across multiple locations.
• Prepare detailed analyses, insights, dashboards, and reporting for management.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
• Optimize existing G&P processes and contribute to process automation and tool development.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, local HR, and business leaders to resolve complex cases.
• Independently facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for leaders and employees.
• Develop process guides, stakeholder briefings, and capability-building materials.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with IATF, local legislation, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong experience working with HRIS platforms.
• Expert-level facilitation and workshop moderation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously.
