Operations Gowning Trainer

Responsibilities

• Support the Gowning Training Program for clinical and commercial operations in a cGMP cleanroom environment
• Execute Instructor Led Trainings (ILT), Qualifications, and Requalification of personnel
• Perform manufacturing gowning activities to support cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation
• Follow standard operating procedures and batch records using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Aid in the development of manufacturing gowning processes and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of gowning techniques and processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols
• Support investigation efforts and participate in audit preparation

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 4-6 years of Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience OR Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 0-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing, manufacturing-support, and lab equipment
• Knowledge of Process Excellence Tools
• Ability to follow complex written and oral instructions
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and unit conversions
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, and bending
• Ability to perform gowning procedures for manufacturing core access
