We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact bottlenecks in commercial, operations, and field workflows
• Prioritize workstreams using business impact, delivery-network risk, and operating priorities
• Turn ambiguous problems into scoped workstreams with accountable owners and measurable success criteria
• Build dashboards, automations, trackers, and workflows to resolve friction
• Own workflow improvements end to end from diagnosis through implementation and performance review
• Partner across Commercial, Operations, Product, Data, Finance, and field teams
• Use operating data to measure changes in cycle time, conversion, and execution performance

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations, business operations, growth, GTM, or logistics
• 2–4 years in a high-growth technology, SaaS, marketplace, or logistics company
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to turn messy data into practical decisions
• Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools, spreadsheets, and low-code automations
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
• High agency and execution discipline
• Ability to work in person from South San Francisco HQ and travel up to 25%
