Operations FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance, operational, and other business analyses
• Build and track live dashboards and KPIs for real-time performance visibility
• Support regular forecasting and planning cycles and develop operational models
• Partner with operations to identify savings opportunities and quantify performance
• Evaluate financial impact of operational decisions and deliver recommendations
• Improve processes, data quality, and automation behind reporting

Requirements

• University education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
• High personal drive and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear communication skills for presenting complex analysis
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• 1-2+ years in financial analysis or FP&A preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills preferred
• Experience with ERP, BI tools, or AI automation tools is a plus
