Operations - Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day FX and IR operational activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with reconciliations and core operational processes to maintain the integrity of operational data
• Execute routine tasks to provide additional capacity to the team, enabling senior members to focus on oversight and issue resolution
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives through training, standardization, and the adoption of technology
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC) and adhere to the company's operational risk framework
• Escalate risk events immediately and provide input to risk management processes as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (including F-1, J-1, M-1, CPT, or OPT)
• A genuine interest in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rates (IR) departmental tracks
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data analytics
• Experience with programming or data platforms such as Power BI, VBA, Python, or SQL
