About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front to create a positive and high-performing operational environment
- Own the flow of product through the store, ensuring stock is organized and replenished
- Support and develop team members through in-the-moment coaching
- Partner with Store Leadership to implement initiatives and improve operational processes
- Champion high standards in the back of house to ensure an organized and safe environment
- Act as a trusted keyholder for opening and closing the store
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail operations, stockroom, inventory, or logistics
- Experience in a retail leadership role
- Experience coaching or developing team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Previous keyholder experience is required
