Operations & Facilities Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement unified processes to manage project milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation for charging site launches
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all sites from pre-commercial through sustained operation
• Conduct multi-dimensional risk assessments and formulate corrective actions
• Support vendor RFP development and drive continuous improvement strategies for cost efficiency
• Forecast demand for internal and third-party resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Partner with project managers on site-related projects, including expansions, renovations, and safety enhancements
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and emergency protocols
• Oversee site security measures and develop policies for maintenance, landscaping, and waste management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in project or facilities management within renewable energy, EV charging, clean energy, or logistics industries
• Full project development lifecycle experience, including site acquisition, design, permitting, and commissioning
• Working knowledge of facility maintenance programs, including safety, security, and landscaping
• Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and health and safety compliance standards
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (CAPM, PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with EVSE hardware, charging network operations, or utility interconnection processes
• Experience managing multi-site facility portfolios across multiple states or regions
• Experience with vendor contract negotiation and third-party SLA management
