Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) with high accuracy and timeliness
• Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
• Track order status and follow up on pending or delayed entries
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval workflows
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to orders or system entries

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
• Experience handling high-volume transactions
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Basic understanding of procurement and sales processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP B1 or similar ERP platforms
