About the Company

Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. We provide business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and payment solutions, backed by major investors like Sequoia India and Softbank.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks within required turnaround times
• Provide viewpoints on enhancing operational efficiency
• Promptly report operational problems or deviations from standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery
• Proactively document and update progress of operational processes
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to commit to a 6-month or 1-year contract

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operations role (internship or part-time)
• 1-2 years of experience in operations for non-fresh graduates
