Operations Executive

About the Company

Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. We provide business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and payment solutions to SMEs and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Setup and process all payment disbursals
• Verify that incoming customer fees are accurately credited to the correct accounts
• Maintain account balances and perform frequent, high-volume bank reconciliations
• Execute tasks within strict Turn Around Times (TAT)
• Suggest improvements to streamline current workflows
• Report SOP deviations or operational issues and maintain process documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an operations role (internship or part-time)
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations role for non-fresh graduates
