Responsibilities
- Assist in executing assigned tasks within turnaround time
- Provide viewpoints on enhancing turnaround time
- Promptly report operational problems or deviations from standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery
- Proactively document and update progress of operational processes
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an operations role (internship or part-time)
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations role for non-fresh graduates
