Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide operational desk support to brokers and ensure timely input of trades into Trade Manager
• Liaise with clients, clearing houses, and brokers to ensure efficient settlement of trading activity
• Maintain client static data, including commission rates and clearing account details
• Monitor unmatched transactions and perform timely investigation and resolution of queries
• Report risk events, trade loss events, and daily trade volumes to the Operations Manager
• Proactively review indicators of operational issues to resolve them before client impact
• Support a risk and compliance aware culture by adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numeracy skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a pressurized environment
• Proactive approach to work with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant trading systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well within diverse groups
