Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management process across internal teams and third-party service providers, monitoring usage and flagging escalations to ensure compliance.
• Manage contractor audits, monitoring of contractor orders, and stock takes.
• Oversee key asset compliance, recalibration, and distribution to the Quality Executive team to maintain safety and trade standards.
• Support performance tracking by pulling weekly and monthly reports for key stakeholders.
• Manage daily order escalations, event order management, and new part handling in collaboration with Supply Chain partners.
• Support the trial and implementation of dispense and quality planning upgrade projects, such as mobile bars and cooling systems.
• Manage the opening and closing of new financial year CAPEX pots and support monthly budget alignment.
• Assist with onboarding, system setup, and support for new team members.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG or another fast-moving sector.
• Technical dispense expertise or a strong understanding of the dispense environment.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and building strategic relationships internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
