Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Program and coordinate tourist services, transfers, and tours requested via sales orders
• Review and reconfirm daily services and final itineraries to ensure logistical alignment
• Prepare and issue service orders, vouchers, and required operational documentation
• Assemble operational materials, including coordinator envelopes and client Welcome Packs
• Provide technical support and resolve inquiries from sales executives promptly

Requirements

• Technical degree in Hospitality and Tourism
• Experience in inbound tourism
• Intermediate English level for communication with guests and clients
• Intermediate Excel skills for information organization and analysis
• Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and solve challenges efficiently
