Responsibilities

• Guide and assist Digital Runners on the field
• Follow up on fieldwork status and ensure task completion
• Update fieldwork data accurately
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain proper communication with field employees
• Multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Proficiency in Bengali is required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Typing speed and basic computer skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Intellectual and empathetic approach to work
• Graduate degree
