Responsibilities

• Act as the reporting manager for Digital Runners (Field Executives) across various regions
• Handle the end-to-end hiring process for Field Executives
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for field activities
• Assign daily and weekly tasks and ensure clarity on deliverables
• Track task completion and ensure adherence to timelines
• Provide performance guidance and constructive feedback to field staff
• Maintain detailed records of field operations and submit reports to management
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in field team management or operations back office support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple field teams
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, CSR, agriculture, or logistics
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management platforms
• Fluency in Hindi and English
