About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office and facilities operations, serving as the primary contact for building management and vendors.
- Manage office supply inventory, shipping/receiving, and vendor relationships to ensure a professional work environment.
- Partner with Development and Events teams to coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings, receptions, and donor events.
- Manage venue setup, catering, audiovisual needs, room configurations, and event materials.
- Assist with attendee registration, guest management, and on-site event execution.
- Support contract administration, purchasing, and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, facilities, event coordination, or office management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting conferences, nonprofit events, or donor engagement activities.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and facilities operations.
- Familiarity with event management platforms and CRM systems.
