Operations & ERP Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of Swedish commercial operations into the Nordic perimeter, including the onboarding of 6 new clients.
• Assist in harmonizing Customer Service, Order Management, and supply chain logistics processes.
• Prepare client setups in systems, including master data creation and logistical parameters.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of EDI flows through testing and validation.
• Support the SAP ERP deployment project by defining business needs and coordinating between operational and IT teams.
• Assist operational teams during the transition phase through testing, training, and user support.
• Document target processes and contribute to local change management efforts.
• Provide regular reporting to the Head of Operations Nordic and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Management Systems.
• Native or near-native fluency in French.
• Fluent English for an international working environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in supply chain or operations.
• Prior experience or strong interest in Information Systems (ERP, EDI).
• Knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated.
