Operations Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational hub between monitoring centres, field teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Lead the Access Verification Form (AVF) process, including reviewing SWMS, permits, and compliance documentation
• Monitor SLA performance for reactive works and drive accountability across field teams
• Maintain accurate data across CMMS and client systems
• Lead root cause analysis, failure trend reporting, and vendor performance escalation
• Ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of reactive works in a high-availability environment

Requirements

• Experience in reactive maintenance coordination or operations management
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency working with CMMS platforms
• Ability to manage competing priorities under strict SLA pressure
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving capability and high attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and Zero Harm principles
• Willingness to travel interstate as required
