Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site visits and estimate material, personnel, and time requirements
• Prepare business files and collect all necessary documentation for operations
• Manage raw material procurement and supply chains
• Supervise industrial maintenance and cleaning works on-site
• Manage operational teams and organize subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentary follow-up
• Complete final site reports and documentation

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or specialized in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance)
• Experience level: Entry-level or with a first operational experience
• Strong operational mindset and desire to work close to the field
• Leadership potential and ambition to move into management roles
