Responsibilities

• Integrate, install, and troubleshoot LightGuide systems including computers, projectors, and 3D vision hardware
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause investigation to handle client inquiries
• Coordinate onsite integrations, installations, and programming at customer facilities
• Train users, customers, and partners to use the LightGuide system effectively

Requirements

• Experience with Audio-Visual Multimedia (AVMM) and Program Logic Controller (PLC)
• Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally
• Proficiency using power tools, ladders, boom lifts, and forklifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business science
• Project Management experience
