Responsibilities

• Execute strategy by working directly with the CEO to prioritize and drive high-impact initiatives
• Own critical operations to ensure day-to-day needs across customers, partners, and internal systems are met
• Shape the product roadmap by gathering customer insights and analyzing the competitive landscape
• Support go-to-market efforts by joining sales conversations and optimizing pipeline systems
• Explore new verticals by researching and validating new markets for agentic services
• Recruit and build the team by leading hiring processes to attract top talent

Preferred Qualifications

• Early-stage start-up experience
• Finance experience relevant to Endex’s business
