Operations Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational workflows and governance frameworks to support the rapid growth of the multi-node logistics network.
• Lead the standardization of onboarding, activation, and contractual management for international logistics providers in collaboration with Legal teams.
• Build robust financial-operational flows for efficient provider payment reconciliation and scalable customs duty administration.
• Drive process automation initiatives in synergy with Data & Process Optimization teams to eliminate manual operational tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, FinOps, Tax, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure business resilience and alignment.
• Define and monitor key success metrics, including contracting lead times, contractual SLAs, and payment cycle accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in process design, supply chain, financial operations, or program management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional logistics or transformational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong structured thinking skills with a focus on designing scalable frameworks and technical operational documentation.
• High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex capacity and operational problems during exponential growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cross-border logistics or marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and financial/procurement control methodologies.
