About the Company

SMAC is a collective of over 2,500 employees tackling technical challenges in building envelopes. With a network of over 71 establishments, SMAC is present in metropolitan France, overseas, and internationally in Morocco, Chile, Peru, and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the global activity of ESS (Engineering and Services SMAC) in Casablanca, managing teams in price studies, methods, and supplier accounting
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams with a focus on price studies and methods departments
• Guarantee the quality, deadlines, and reliability of services provided to French agencies
• Arbitrate priorities and balance workloads in coordination with French agencies
• Develop strong partnership relationships with French agencies
• Ensure the economic management of the entity, including budget, productivity, and profitability
• Represent ESS within the group and participate in strategic exchanges

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 degree or Engineering School graduate in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of successful experience in building envelopes (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades)
• Confirmed experience in construction (price studies, methods, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills
• Natural leadership and proven managerial and arbitration capabilities
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international environments and managing intercultural challenges
