About the Company
SMAC is a collective of over 2,500 employees tackling technical challenges in building envelopes. With a network of over 71 establishments, SMAC operates in metropolitan France, overseas territories, and internationally including Morocco, Chile, Peru, and Spain.
Responsibilities
- Pilot the global activity of ESS (Engineering and Services SMAC) including price study, methods, and supplier accounting teams
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams with a focus on price studies and methods
- Guarantee the quality, deadlines, and reliability of services provided to French agencies
- Arbitrate priorities and balance workloads in coordination with French agencies
- Develop strong partnership relationships with French agencies
- Ensure the economic management of the entity, including budget, productivity, and profitability
- Represent ESS within the group and participate in strategic exchanges
Requirements
- Bac +3/5 degree or Engineering School graduate in Building or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of successful experience in building envelopes (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades)
- Confirmed experience in construction (price studies, methods, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and managerial capabilities
- Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing intercultural challenges and international coordination
