Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all operational activities in Puerto Rico
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth initiatives
• Lead and promote Lean initiatives across the organization
• Implement continuous improvement programs using Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, 5S, and Standardized Work
• Oversee resource planning, workforce utilization, and capacity planning
• Manage budgets, projections, and P&L performance in collaboration with finance
• Mentor and develop operations managers and multifunctional teams
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Over 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-site operations
• Strong financial acumen including P&L and budget management
• Experience leading large teams and developing high-performance leaders
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred or required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Formal Lean training and certification (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives with measurable results
