Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple lifestyle and hospitality concepts
• Drive sustainable business growth by improving revenue and profitability
• Develop scalable operating models and governance frameworks
• Oversee financial and operational performance by setting KPIs and reviewing metrics
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams
• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a Director, Senior Director, VP, or equivalent leadership role
• Experience overseeing multi-unit operations within hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment, or leisure
• Proven experience managing multiple business units or brands with full accountability
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving revenue growth
• Experience leading organizational transformation and business expansion
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
