Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the commercial, administrative, financial, and operational development of the Fermont business unit
• Ensure client needs are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supervise and manage all operational personnel
• Oversee and manage the business unit's equipment and material fleet
• Implement and enforce health and safety (SST) regulations, client requirements, and company objectives across all worksites

Requirements

• Degree in management or a relevant field
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Experience working in an industrial or unionized environment
• Knowledge of heavy industry and industrial cleaning services
• Proven skills in financial management, business development, and team leadership
• Proficiency in English (written and oral) to support business development in Labrador and interact with partners
• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work autonomously with strong analytical and organizational skills
