Responsibilities

• Translate strategic orientations into concrete operational plans for each site in the Eastern region
• Manage the regional budget and analyze profitability indicators (net margin, economic ratios)
• Supervise regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards across the perimeter
• Manage and develop Site Managers, fostering skill development and engagement
• Deploy Group HR policies and ensure a positive social climate
• Monitor quality KPIs (claims, delays, customer promise) and organize strategic client meetings
• Identify process optimization opportunities and participate in new site implementation projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in road transport or parcel delivery
• Experience in multi-site management
• Ability to lead managerial teams and drive large-scale change
• Mastery of budgetary and financial issues (P&L management, margin analysis)
• Strong leadership and field management skills
• Professional English proficiency
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in transport, logistics, or management preferred
