Operations Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Lab Management and Supply Chain through process and system documentation
• Ensure tools, equipment, and systems are kept in a calibrated and functional state
• Support development, testing, and implementation of inventory management tools
• Assist with cycle counting, parts kitting, and quarantine management
• Work closely with mentors to apply industry concepts to real-world challenges

Requirements

• Enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a relevant business/engineering discipline
• At least one semester of school remaining post-internship
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of corporate experience in business operations, data analysis, facilities, or inventory management
• Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 16 consecutive weeks starting August 31, 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• GPA of 3.5 or above
• 6+ months of corporate experience in business operations, data analysis, facilities, or inventory management
• Experience with Python
• Experience with lean manufacturing
• Experience with facilities or equipment management
• Experience with data management and statistics
• Experience completing inventory cycle counts
• Understanding of 5S principles
• Familiarity with Six Sigma
