Operations, Data & Policy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Draft policy and procedures to advance proposals and program development
• Conduct policy analysis to examine efficacy of existing programs
• Review new legislation to operationalize requirements and support implementation
• Create spreadsheets and tools to track policies and processes
• Analyze quarterly demographic reports to track DEI and EEO initiatives
• Collaborate with the Human Capital Division on workforce data and training
• Design and implement surveys to evaluate initiative effectiveness
• Research and identify EEO and diversity and inclusion best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental, or social science or public health
• For higher levels: Doctorate with supervisory experience or Master's with three years of research experience
• Equivalent education and experience combinations accepted
