Operations Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Solve ambiguous problems and identify root causes
• Identify, develop, and execute data analysis to uncover business opportunities
• Deep dive into massive data sets using SQL, MS Excel, and data analytics tools
• Maintain and build automation workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Validate data accuracy and generate descriptive statistics
• Prototype data analytics tools to support marketplace operations
• Develop forecasting models and simulations to quantify operational impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or Operations Research)
• 2-4 years of experience in Analytics
• Experience working with databases and SQL in a business environment
• Prior experience in the design and execution of analytical projects
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
