Operations Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Pull, compile, and organize operational data from CRM systems, dialer platforms, and contact center tools
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics like contact rates, conversion, and productivity
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the leadership team
• Analyze team and individual performance to identify trends and areas of opportunity
• Translate data findings into clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders
• Assist in building and maintaining reporting infrastructure and data tracking processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in a data, reporting, or operations support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Contact center or healthcare experience
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging analytics technologies
• Knowledge of insurance or contact center operations
