Operations Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to implement data and reporting strategies aligned with operational goals
• Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports supporting factory decision-making
• Analyze operational datasets to uncover insights and trends
• Drive adoption and integration of the Unified Factory Data Model (UFDM) and analytics platform across manufacturing facilities
• Partner with engineering, IT, and Decision Intelligence teams to identify and acquire new machine-level data points and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain consistent visual and reporting standards across Power BI workspaces and applications
• Ensure data governance practices align with the Decision Intelligence strategic framework
• Provide training and support to end users to enhance data literacy and effective use of BI tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX programming languages
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Self-starter with growth mindset and passion for data
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
