Operations Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on tickets after debugging and fixing issues
• Maintain and update data pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper structure
• Use SQL to query, validate, clean, and prepare datasets for operational processes
• Support Power BI dashboards and datasets, ensuring correct data refreshes and alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with the Vision team to ensure data sources are up to date and properly documented
• Follow data governance procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with data modeling and data pipeline management
• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and handling large datasets
• Experience with Power BI (dataset handling and report validation)
• Advanced English fluency (spoken and written) for international stakeholder communication
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data operations, data governance, or analytics support
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration processes
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Basic Python skills for data manipulation or validation
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (creating pipelines and notebooks)
• Experience working with ticket management systems
