About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in unloading trailers and verifying freight against manifests
- Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
- Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Handle customer pickups and provide front desk assistance
- Resolve delivery issues and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs
- Perform data entry tasks and prepare daily reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Comply with all Health & Safety protocols
Requirements
- Ability to unload trailers and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Experience with package scanning, sorting, and inventory management
- Strong data entry and documentation skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Capability to work shift-based schedules
